But after spending the afternoon exploring one of El Salvador's most iconic tourism destinations, we sat down and experienced what may honestly be the best pizza we've had in the country so far.

The first thing that stands out is the crust. Crispy on the outside with a soft interior, it achieves a balance that even many dedicated pizzerias fail to deliver. The pepperoni pizza featured perfectly crisped edges, balanced cheese coverage, flavorful sauce, and a texture that felt surprisingly close to authentic New York-style square pizza.
The specialty pizza topped with roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepperoni elevated the experience even further. Every ingredient tasted intentional and fresh rather than overloaded or greasy.
